Care Housing Association is a specialist housing provider of bespoke accommodation to individuals or groups of people with learning or physical difficulties, our properties are developed and maintained to the highest standard, due to the vulnerability of our client group we exercise stringent assessments when appointing contractors to our approved list and only those contractors who can meet the highest standards are allowed to work in the Associations properties.
For the last three years Care has utilized the services of Dave Luck to carry out decorating works in our properties, Lucks have consistently produced a high quality affordable product but just as importantly to Care their operatives have demonstrated consideration and flexibility towards the restrictions needs and requirements of our tenants.
On completion of works we regularly receive feedback from the house managers complementing Lucks on the quality of the work and the attitude of the operatives.
